Do we do special cutting?
Yes. we need a line drawing of what you want cut. We cut 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood and 1/8". If you want it out of 1/4" thick, please order in quantities of 4. If you want your special order out of 1/8", please order in quantities of 7. Please snail mail your line drawing to us for a quote.
How soon do you ship?
Normally, we ship your order out the day we receive it. If we are away at a show (see our schedule) or taking a break and enjoying some R & R, your order will ship as soon as we get back.
How do we pay for our order?
We take all major credit cards. Or, for an additional $9.50 charge, we can COD your order to you.
If I buy just one packet or a very small order, do I still have to pay $9.00 for shipping?
No, if we're able to put your order in the mail for cheaper, we will. We will only charge the post office rate, not the $9.00 UPS rate.
How much will it cost to ship my package if I live outside of the continental U.S.?
Any order to Alaska, Hawaii or countries other than the U.S., we will mail your package. Actual postage charges will apply. |
